The Ophrys Iricolor is a high-speed inline envelope overprinter designed to transform direct mail and envelope personalisation.   Developed and manufactured by our company in collaboration with Memjet’s DuraLink® technology, it eliminates the need for pre-printed envelopes by enabling on-demand, full-colour envelope printing directly within the inserter line.   With a printing speed of 203 meters per minute, the Iricolor synchronises seamlessly with high-performance inserter systems, replacing the costly and space-consuming offset printing process.   As a result, it offers instant personalisation, eliminates the need for pre-print stock, and provides real-time production traceability—all within a single integrated system.
